SALMON CEVICHE: same is true for this sensational dish – served with a spoon as well since you will enjoy the magic sauce until the very last drop.
The PIMENTOS DE PADRON: not just simply gilled vegetables – but creatively refined with Asian spices!
The PAN-FRIED LABEL ROUGE SALMON: just the crispy way I love it!
The MASHED POTATOES: for me are not so great because of the truffles – but because of the NUT BUTTER !
The CRÈME BRÛLÉE: „Hello Saint-Tropez, this is Saigon calling! You should try your Crème Brûlée with PASSION & with PASSIONFRUIT !”
And finally the SERVICE: OVER THE TOP of perfection.
