I’m faithful as gold – at least if it comes to the restaurants I love.
Unless the French and the Italians, the Germans invited all cuisines of the world – but have forgotten the wonderful bourgeois German & Austrian dishes.
So f. e. in Berlin a cuisine that you can’t find is hard to find – and the same is true for traditional German dishes.
But there was ONE EXCEPTION: MICHAEL EILHOFF’S former LUTTER & WEGNER in Schlüterstraße (please not to be confused with other L&W’s in Mitte!). Michael was a great chef and a lovely host –
so all my warm wishes to Michael from here!
