The BLESS was for long on my agenda – because of the “feel good name”, the magic fotos, the mouthwatering menu, the new Cuisine d’Indochine’ and the promise of “personal service and festive atmosphere”.

The guest room is way too small for the rush from 18:30 on – so the the service & kitchen must be overwhelmed and the sheer mass of people and noice level seem to me like a ‚the last restaurant on earth’ situation.

My recommendation: try to find a bigger location and cook & serve with much more Asian calm and perfection – since I like the concept and would like to come back one day.
