
Two brothers started years ago their own restaurant: a business man and a very experienced chef. During the last seasons I became for various reasons more and more a fan of the so called ‚one trick pony‘ concept: focus on ONE PRODUCT – but make it WORLD CLASS !
The BRUDERHERZ pasta is made freshly every day – and is wonderful!
But even the Salmon Tartar and the Tiramisu were utterly delightful!
