,Who am I?’ is the most important question for any restaurant – even before the chef writes the menu. A clear identity, a corresponding list of mouthwatering dishes and a very convincing performance of kitchen, cellar and service will find its customers and success. Always.
The newly opened COMO for my taste tried to become too much at once. An Italian trattoria? A Japanese restaurant? Or an US Steakhouse? And on top of that trendy music – way to loud for my ears. Sometimes too much ends up as too little. But the Como just started and has time enough to find it’s identity.
