We have two layers of choice: which RESTAURANT? And then what DISHES? And between HELL (the worst dish in a bad place) and HEAVEN (the very best delight in a great restaurant) … there’s a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE! So it’s not just about picking the right place – it’s even about making the right order.

And the latter needs experience or even preparation: my friends are laughing at me since I always look at the menu in advance, what gives me anticipation and avoids mistakes. My dishes above gave me maximum enjoyment, a light & healthy feeling – and I even lost a little bit of weight! MY DREAMFUL DISH??? AT FUNKY FISCH !   CHAPEAU TO THE DUC NGO !
