In today’s struggle very few restaurants on this level of investment, quality, elegance and prices have survived in Germany (other than of course in Italy). IL SORRISO keeps this tradition bravely up and deserves credit for that! Not everyone may like the very traditional atmosphere, and for sure not on any day – but on important occasions and for important invitees IL SORRISO is a perfect fit.

For me the service and wine list were extraordinary – and the dishes very good, except my Steak with Barolo Sauce which unfortunately for me was lacking taste.
