
In the Seventies along with the Greek blue collar workers the basic Greek restaurants with Gyros & Co came to Europe – and I still love those ordinary dishes (see Z’ in Berlin).
But Greece with his many islands and coast lines foremost is a paradise of fish – fresher than fresh!
ESTIATORIO MILOS first opened in Montreal, then came to NYC and since a couple of years resides in London Saint James’s 1 REGENT STREET.
