Germans & Austrians love sausages!

I do too – but I avoid all those dirty, greasy and smelly stands where the grill fat is waiting for a renewal as long as the shirt of the guy for a wash … and the sausages are the worst quality you can imagine! Grrr!!!

The MÖ GRILL is the opposite in all aspects: the sausages are produced from the famous butcher SALZBRENNER in Hamburg. The meat is strongly quality controlled (QS & HACCP) – as the grill process is. The two stands in the city center of Hamburg are nice’n’clean – and the staff is friendly up to joking. If you give a tip – they ring a bell as long as the tip was big. I have to have to go there – and mostly I enjoy more of my favorite MÖ GRILLER than I should, since the taste is the most delicious I have found so far in whole Germany. And whenever I’m in Hamburg on my way back to Berlin – I carry 15 – 20 home! I guess that tells enough.
