I totally differentiate between the experienced quality of food, drinks, service etc. in a restaurant on the one hand – and my personal, very individual preferences on the other. At the Rutz Zollhaus you can feel the wonderful input and influence of the rightly highly decorated star chef Marco Müller – but I as a kind of cowboy prefer the duck very crispy instead of cooked butter-tender and steaks charred American style. Shame on me ?
