Trying so many restaurants – one gets easily bored by always same same menus. Normally when I know it’s an Italian eatery – I can tell the list of dishes without looking into the menu. Therefore I was very interested to experience SKÅLs NORDIC TAPAS concept.

As we arrived at the place my first irritation was, that for me the place looked much smaller than the concept & menu indicated. As I opened the door – a wave of steamy air and an overly packed place with many close tables and eaters welcomed me. It was 18:00 hours and the only table left for the two of us were two seats directly at the glass door.

Since we didn’t feel like playing receptionist waiter and door man & woman – we explained our disappointment and left for good.
