Sometimes concepts for new restaurants and even chains are developed by expensive marketing & advertising consultants rather than by grown up restaurant experts and full blood chefs.
I have no idea wether this was the case with THE BEAST – but the food couldn’t keep up with the modern & polished design, location and view for my taste – while on the other hand our waiter was excellent.
