After my absolutely justified excitement about the DUFTE BERLIN Multi Food & Bar Concept,        I was concerned that I have to rate the cuisines somewhat or even much lower.

About THE CURRIED CACTUS with its IndiaMex Cuisine:

1.: the PORCELLY TACO: crispy’n’spicy was the way I loved it!

2.The Mexican Butter Chicken was hotter than the purely Indian version: I liked it! The Mexican & Indian Cuisine are sisters in spice and heat. 3.Two people with delicious starters & mains at 50 bucks including tip for that quality? WOW!

B. About the DUFTE BERLIN SPACE:

  1. the quiet huge green beer garden for me is a CHICAGO BEER GARDEN: totally quiet & safe especially for young kids – and the thonder of the very close S-Bahn every 3 minutes is so very much Chicago – so very cool (for me).
  2. Except at the Italian, I couldn’t see or understand the menues fully yet.
  3. The variety of cuisines & bars is a huge pleasure – but annoying for me at the same time if you scroll cherry-picking through the almost 10 stands and have to pay by CC again and again and again. A joint payment system where you pay everything on your way out (and later devided by the individual businesses) is technically no problem today.
  4. When you need a restroom, you better had a boy/girl scout training absolved.
  5.  On my way back I saw two open doors back to the big space. One was really open, the other was a brilliantly clear glass window – as I found out. Guess which one I took …
